Frenford Football - Girls Enjoy Festival Fun! Wednesday 11th October 2023
A group of girls from lower KS2 were invited to Frenford football club to enjoy a day of football fun. The girls developed their footballing skills through a range of games, supported by sports leaders from the local secondary schools. They were able to put their skills to good use in some friendly games against a range of schools followed by lots of freetime footballing fun! The girls were a true credit to the school, showing the fullwood spirit of friendship, comradery, resilience and teamwork! A great time was had by all. Miss Jones will be resuming her Girls football training after half term with a number of the girls commenting they can't wait to join! (more info to follow)
Gilwell Park Residential - September 19th-22nd 2023
Wow! Our recent school trip to Gilwell Park was absolutely amazing, and we want to share all the fantastic details with you!
Imagine a place surrounded by beautiful trees and nature – that's Gilwell Park. Our Year 6s had an incredible adventure there. We did so many fun things and learned a lot too!
We tried new and exciting activities like climbing ropes high up in the trees. We felt brave and strong!
Gilwell Park taught us how to be more independent and confident. We also learned to appreciate nature and how important it is to take care of our environment.
We want to say a big thank you to everyone who made this trip possible. It was the best experience ever, and we can't wait for more adventures like this in the future!
